New York: In another mass shooting incident in the United States, one person lost their life and at least six others sustained bullet injuries after gunshots were fired at Maplewood Park in Rochester, New York, on Sunday night (local time), Rochester First reported.
Police rushed to the spot after receiving a distress call reporting gunshots at the park area at around 6:30 PM on Sunday. When cops reached the spot they found people fleeing and several individuals with gunshot wounds.
According to reports, the person who lost his life was only 20 years old. Another person, who sustained gunshot wounds, is in critical condition. Five others have been hospitalized with minor injuries. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released by officials.
No suspects are in custody at this time.
