Washington DC: Former President and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has named Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard to his transition team. This team will assist Trump in selecting personnel and crafting policies for a potential second term in the White House. Trump campaign senior adviser Brian Hughes said in a statement, “As President Trump’s broad coalition of supporters and endorsers expands across partisan lines, we are proud that Robert F Kennedy Jr and Tulsi Gabbard have been added to the Trump/Vance Transition team.
Trump’s campaign senior adviser further added, “We look forward to having their powerful voices on the team [as] we work to restore America’s greatness.” Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who recently withdrew from the presidential race, and Tulsi Gabbard, a former Democratic congresswoman from Hawaii, have both recently endorsed Trump.

As per news agency ANI report, this comes after Kennedy was previously on the receiving end of Trump’s signature name-calling, and Gabbard had distanced herself from the Democratic Party following her own 2020 presidential bid.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr, an environmental lawyer, has spent the past two decades as a leading critic of vaccine mandates. He has promoted widely discredited claims linking childhood vaccinations to autism and has criticized what he terms the “corporate capture” of the federal government by pharmaceutical companies. The 2024 United States presidential election will be the 60th quadrennial election, scheduled for November 5, 2024. If elected, the 59-year-old Kamala Harris would make history as the first woman to become President of the United States. Harris is also the second woman ever to be nominated for the presidency by a major political party.
