Canada Gurdwara Stabbing: A shocking incident has surfaced from Canada, where a man attacked two people with a knife inside a gurdwara in Edmonton on Friday morning (local time). The accused has been arrested, but his identity has not yet been released. The knife attack took place at around 5 am (local time) when a man barged into the holy shrine and tried to access the prayer area, BBC reported, citing police.
What Exactly Happened?
According to the report, the incident took place at Nanaksar Gurdwara around 5 am local time when an unidentified man tried to enter the prayer hall. He was immediately detained as ‘quick acting witnesses’ constrained him before police arrived. When two male patrons of the Gurudwara tried to stop the accused, he attacked with a knife and stabbed them. The victims, aged 75 and 51, sustained injuries but are out of danger.
